Our platform provides expert tutoring in a variety of subjects and academic levels to ensure personalized and effective learning experiences for all students.
Our services are hosted through a real-time streaming platform (Pediaverse official website) that enables live, interactive sessions between students and tutors, facilitating an engaging and immediate learning environment.
Our services include:
i. Subject-Specific Tutoring: Personalized lessons in core subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, and more.
ii. Homework Assistance: Support for students in completing and understanding their homework assignments.
iii. Exam Preparation: Focused sessions on preparing students for standardized tests, school exams, and assessments.
iv. Virtual Learning Support: Guidance and tutoring tailored to complement students' online schooling or virtual education programs.
The Client, which refers to the student, parent, or guardian as appropriate, engages our services with the understanding that we strive to meet their unique educational needs through flexible, high-quality virtual tutoring sessions.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users will be required to access the official Pediaverse Innovation Limited website to connect with their tutor at the scheduled time. The platform enables real-time streaming to host both students and tutors for interactive and effective learning sessions.
In using the website, Users are prohibited from transmitting, posting, or sending any material that:
i. Violates or infringes upon the rights of others;
ii. Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights;
iii. Is vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable;
iv. Encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any law.
Additionally, any conduct by a User that, at Pediaverse Innovation Limited's sole discretion, restricts or inhibits other Users from fully enjoying the website or its services is strictly prohibited.
Users are also prohibited from using the website for:
i. Advertising or performing any commercial solicitation;
ii. Soliciting other Users to subscribe to competing online services.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the website and its services.
3. CANCELLATION, ABSENCE, OR LATENESS POLICY
3.1.0 Student Cancellation or Absence:
i. A student may cancel a scheduled session up to ten (10) hours before the appointed time due to family emergencies or illness. In such cases, the student may reschedule the session at a mutually agreed time with the tutor.
ii. If a student fails to attend a session without providing at least 10 hours' notice, the full rate for the session will be charged, and no replacement session will be offered.
3.2. Tutor Cancellation or Schedule Changes:
i. If a tutor needs to cancel or change the scheduled session for any reason, they must notify the student as soon as possible before the session begins. The tutor agrees to reschedule the session at a time that is convenient for the student to make up for the missed session.
3.3. Tutor Lateness:
i. In the event that a tutor is late for a session, they are required to extend the session to ensure the agreed-upon lesson duration is met.
ii. If a tutor is more than 5 minutes late to a session, a 5-minute grace period will be allowed. For every minute beyond the grace period, there will be a 0.5% deduction from the tutor's basic salary for each additional minute of tardiness.
4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENTS AND CLIENT
i. The student must complete all tasks and assignments provided by the Tutor during the class.
ii. The student is required to give the Tutor their full attention and concentration throughout the session to maximize learning outcomes.
iii. The student must provide their own writing materials to take notes and record important information provided by the Tutor during the lesson.
iv. Under no circumstances shall the student disclose any family-related discussions or personal matters to the Tutor.
v. The Client (student, parent, or guardian) is expected to promptly report any inconsistencies, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct by the Tutor to Pediaverse Innovation Limited.
vi. The student is strictly prohibited from showing any form of disrespect or engaging in any physical altercations with the Tutor.
5. PROGRAMS
Pediaverse Innovation Limited offers a variety of subjects which Includes Mathematics, Sciences, and Languages. We also offer additional services focused on skill acquisition, available upon request by the Client. These programs are categorized as follows:

CATEGORY 2: INSTRUMENT TRAINING
i. Guitar
ii. Piano (Keyboard)

vii. Trumpet, and other woodwind and brass instruments
6. MINOR
In cases where the Student is a legal minor, the Parent or Guardian shall enter into this tutoring contract on behalf of the student. The Parent or Guardian agrees to accept and abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement on behalf of the minor student.
